Session Overview

Sam asked the agent to check Salesforce/Litify connectivity, explore the Eve.legal integration status, and then diagnose why RingCentral RingSense AI call summaries were not appearing on call log Tasks inside Litify matters. The session ran approximately 6 hours on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The goal evolved from a general Salesforce exploration into a focused engineering effort: build and deploy an Apex trigger that merges orphaned RingSense AI summary Tasks into the corresponding CTI call log Tasks.

The trigger code is complete and compiles successfully in production. Deployment failed on the final attempt due to 1 test class failure (out of 3 methods), likely caused by managed package triggers (Litify, DLRS, SMS Magic, Dialpad) cascading during test data insertion. The next session needs to fix the test class and redeploy.

A separate thread: Eve.legal's Litify integration is not active. An email was sent to Marshall Hunt (marshall.hunt@eve.legal) requesting activation. That is still pending.

RingSense creates orphaned [RingSense] Tasks with AI call summaries. These Tasks have:
