Summary of work done

Updated the RingSense/Litify Note formatter so Call Details renders before Summary. This gives staff the orientation data first: direction, caller, duration, staff, date/time, and sentiment before the AI narrative.

Changed source files:

• force-app/main/default/classes/RingSenseNoteFormatterAction.cls
• force-app/main/default/classes/RingSenseNoteFormatterActionTest.cls

Added a test assertion that Call Details appears before Summary so this order does not drift back.

Live validation confirmed:

• Call Details appears before Summary.
• There is one Call Details heading.
• There is one Summary heading.
• Overview remains a heading.
• No Overview bullet remains.
