Created a lightweight visual mock for the RingCentral Matter recipient selector. The purpose was to clarify that the selector should not add category layers. It should be one flat dropdown of real Matter-related people and organizations, each with role and phone number.

The selected row becomes the target for both Call and SMS. Options should be direct records, not categories. Example rows:
(502) 492-7300.(502) 822-4456.(502) 813-8900.(213) 478-6365.(800) 555-0110.Rendered both mock states through Playwright after installing the missing Playwright Chromium browser binary. Verified by viewing the screenshots locally.
For implementation, validate the real source fields in Litify first, then build the flat dropdown into the existing litifyRingCentralPanel pattern. Use Browser or Playwright on a real Matter page before signoff. Preserve SMS Magic records and history, and keep RingCentral as the live action surface with Litify Notes/history as the durable record trail.
