Objective

Finish the RingCentral communications rollout for Intake, matching the Matter sidebar behavior.

What changed

• Deployed Collapsible_Intake_Page in LITIFY_ORG so the right sidebar communication tabset now starts with RingCentral, then Case Status, then Activity.
• Added litifyRingCentralPanelV2 to the Intake page using the new facet Facet-intake-ringcentral-communications.
• Preserved the existing Chatter tab after the main three tabs.
• Updated local static guard scripts/verify-ringcentral-panel-static.mjs so Matter and Intake both fail validation if RingCentral-first ordering regresses.
