Session Summary

Sam asked for an easy way for staff to see Matter-specific SMS/message history, ideally as chat bubbles with dates and times. I implemented and deployed that path in the RingCentral panel.

What Changed

• Added messageThreadItems and messageThreadMessage to LitifyRingCentralContextController.
• Built a Matter/Intake-scoped Text Messages thread from existing Salesforce data, not global RingCentral user history.
• Included structured RingCentral SMS rows from SAIL_SMS_Message__c.
• Included preserved read-only legacy SMS Magic rows from smagicinteract__smsMagic__c when linked to the current Matter or Intake.
• Rendered the thread as chat bubbles in litifyRingCentralPanel, newest first, with Sent/Received direction, date/time, and SMS/Legacy SMS source labels.
• Kept the thread visible on Summaries and History so RingCentral SMS compose does not get pushed down while drafting.
• Did not delete SMS Magic records, uninstall SMS Magic, disable SMS Magic automation, or remove history access.

• Live SAIL_SMS_Message__c query confirmed Matter/Intake-linked RingCentral SMS rows, including Matter a0LUV00000GJxCr2AL with inbound messages at 2026-05-08T23:59:46.000+0000 and 2026-05-08T23:59:34.000+0000.
• Live smagicinteract__smsMagic__c query confirmed Matter/Intake-linked legacy SMS Magic rows, including recent outbound Matter rows from 2026-05-14T20:53:35.000+0000 and 2026-05-14T19:01:43.000+0000.
• Check-only deploy succeeded: 0AfUV000001Wv7R0AS, LitifyRingCentralContextControllerTest passed 3/3.
• Production deploy succeeded: 0AfUV000001Wv930AC, completed 2026-05-17T15:20:59.000Z, LitifyRingCentralContextControllerTest passed 3/3.
• Post-deploy retrieve succeeded and matches local source except final newline formatting.
