Read the local RingCentral handoff and current QA queue. Confirmed live LITIFY_ORG read-only evidence that LitifyRingCentralContextController is active and RingCentral_Panel_User has active non-admin assignees, including Adam McDonald. Opened Matter sample a0LUV00000BBjTJ2A1 in an authenticated Salesforce browser session and selected the live RingCentral tab on Collapsible_Matter_Page.
Admin-authenticated rendered QA passed the main UI assertions: RingCentral tab visible, component renders, Communications Timeline visible, Call/Text/Open dialer controls visible, custom iframe exists and is visible, iframe source is https://apps.ringcentral.com/integration/ringcentral-embeddable/latest/app.html, and custom iframe has allow="microphone". Browser performance/resource evidence also showed apps.ringcentral.com resource loading. Current console check after the successful render had zero errors. Warnings were non-blocking Salesforce iframe/storage warnings plus a RingCentral warning that the default RingCentral client id is deprecated.
Normal-user rendered QA is not fully complete. The in-app browser backend was unavailable (iab not available), so I used the available Playwright browser fallback. I then attempted a read-only Salesforce login-as route for Adam McDonald (005UV000001xgp3YAA, assigned to RingCentral_Panel_User), but direct impersonation URL returned an internal server error, and the setup user page did not expose a clean completed login-as path before Sam requested final status.
