Live backfill and flow-version hygiene are complete, with rollback artifacts, but the remaining RingSense association issue is carried forward by the RingCentral parallel QA linkage page. Live Litify hygiene continued for the RingCentral/RingSense workstream on May 14, 2026. Work was performed against LITIFY_ORG with local evidence saved under the Salesforce metadata repo tmp folders.

What Shipped

• Flow version hygiene for RingCentral_Process_RingSense_Calls: deleted inactive versions 3 through 46. Salesforce accepted 44 deletes, 0 failures.
• Retained rollback window: versions 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, and active 52.
• Verified active Flow remains version 52, id 301UV00000m3OdHYAU, with RingSenseNoteFormatterAction and staffName still present.
• Verified 10 newest post-activation RingSense Litify Notes: Summary, Call Details, Transcript present; raw delimiter leaks 0; Staff Unknown or missing 0. Newest sample was note a0xUV000004eyHhYAI, created 2026-05-14T14:35:04.000+0000, Staff Alex Blair.
• Audited RingSense Tasks in the last 7 days. Initial audit showed 989 tasks, 196 missing WhatId.
• Matched unlinked Tasks to existing linked rc_call_ Litify Notes. Updated only the 92 Tasks with exactly one safe candidate WhatId.
• Bulk update job 750UV00000mCM7eYAG: 92 processed, 92 successful, 0 failed. Post-check confirmed all 92 now linked, with 60 Matter links and 32 Intake links.
• Rechecked live last-7-day RingSense Tasks after repair: 995 total, 888 with WhatId, 107 still missing WhatId.
• Audited SMS linkage: 337 SAIL_SMS_Message__c source rows and 337 matching rc_msg_ Litify Notes in the last 7 days. Every source row and every note was linked to a Matter or Intake.
