Summary

Cleaned up the RingCentral Matter tab header so staff see the client name and phone number first, above the RingCentral action buttons. Removed the unnecessary visible rows for Call/SMS number, Matter Phone, and Ready. This keeps the side-panel real estate focused on the client and the action surface.

What Shipped

• Updated litifyRingCentralPanel to render a compact contact header above Summaries, Call, SMS, Templates, and History.
• Header now shows the client name, for example Tanner Hobbs, with the selected formatted phone number directly beneath it.
• If a record has multiple valid phone options, the number area remains selectable through a label-hidden picker, but staff no longer see the old Matter Phone prefix.
• Removed the visible Ready status from the normal panel view.
• Kept Important Details inside the RingCentral panel below the controls.
• Preserved existing RingCentral button behavior, timelines, chat/SMS direction, templates workstream, and non-destructive SMS Magic posture.

Validation Evidence

• Static JS check passed: node --check force-app/main/default/lwc/litifyRingCentralPanel/litifyRingCentralPanel.js.
• Custom source check confirmed the contact header appears before the RingCentral workspace nav and the old visible labels are gone.
• Dry-run deploy passed: 0AfUV000001WvU10AK.
• Production deploy passed: 0AfUV000001WvVd0AK.
• Tooling API showed litifyRingCentralPanel last modified at 2026-05-17T15:59:44.000+0000.
• Browser QA was captured through Playwright MCP after the preferred in-app Browser route timed out on the Salesforce screen.
