The salaries for all current positions at Ride Report are listed below. You can read more about why we don't negotiate salaries individually. New hires or employees receiving a promotion are allowed the option to trade a portion of their salary for additional equity. The employee can elect to lower their salary to the minimum salary for their role listed below in exchange for the maximum equity given. They can also choose a salary in between the market and minimum salary and will receive a proportional amount of additional equity.

We also offer a minimum salary. Our minimum salary is currently set to $61,530, which was determined by selecting 100% of local median income as given by this Portland Housing Bureau report. You can read about how our minimum salary works on on our Compensation Review page.
