This Ricardiam Charter (“Charter”) defines governance of the Ricardiam License Pool operated by Ricardiam DAO, LLC. (”Ricardiam“) under the ‣(the “WikiWe Model”). Persons consenting to this Charter are referred to collectively herein as “Ricardiam Members” and individually as a “Ricardiam Member.” Ricardiam is wholly owned by Depublica, a Wyoming C corporation, which is governed by the ‣ . Shares in Depublica are earned by contributors to the Ricardiam License Pool per the WikiWe Model.
Capitalized terms may be defined herein or in the WikiWe Model. In the event of a conflict between a definition of the WikiWe Model and the Charter, the definition provided in the Charter shall apply for the purposes of the Charter only.
Ricardiam is a prospective member of the ‣.
Ricardiam adopts the WikiWe Model as its own, mutandis mutatus, except as modified by this Charter.
Ricardiam retains its autonomy and distinct ownership separate and apart from any other entity joining the ‣.
The Ricardiam License Pool is that license pool operated in accordance with and subject to this Charter.
Content in the Ricardiam License Pool includes that which is placed in any of the Ricardiam Repositories .
Ricardiam Members can remove content they have contributed from the Ricardiam License Pool by deleting it from the Ricardiam Repositories . However, any such removal is subject to any rights accrued to the removed content under the ‣ prior to removal, and each Ricardiam Member is responsible for loss of investments made by others in the removed content, if any, while the removed content was contained in the Ricardiam Repositories .
The WikiWe License Pool is that license pool administered by Ricardiam in accordance with and subject to this Charter for the benefit of all Wikido Members.
Content in the WikiWe License Pool includes that which is placed and maintained in any of the ‣.
WikiWe Members can remove content they have contributed from the WikiWe License Pool by deleting it from the ‣.
Ricardiam is Administrator of Ricardiam License Pool and the WikiWe License Pool.
