Grow your HR career — become a Resources for Humans mentor or mentee.

What is this program?

The RfH Mentorship Program is an extension of the Resources for Humans community and an opportunity to grow your career while expanding your network.

Participants will be paired together for four months to collaborate, learn, and share their perspective on People strategy. They’ll work toward achieving a professional goal set by the mentee — one that revolves around career development, strategic thinking, people management, and more.

The program has a Spring and Fall semester.

How do I sign up?

Mentees must be in an HR role for at least one year to apply. You also must have a goal that you want to work on for the duration of your mentorship.

Mentors must have at least three years experience in an HR Ops role, and must have strong communication skills.

Both mentors and mentees must commit to the following:

• Meeting and communicating openly and frequently with each other throughout the four-month long program. We recommend meeting bi-weekly and adjusting the cadence if needed.
• Committing to at least 3 hours per month to mentoring sessions, activities, homework, etc. There will also be one orientation call at the beginning of the semester.
