Our Reward Suggestion feature is designed to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition within the workplace. It allows any team member to play an active role in acknowledging the contributions of their colleagues. Here’s how it functions:
- Initiating a Reward Suggestion: Any employee can suggest a reward for a colleague by submitting a Reward Suggestion form. This is a simple process where the nominating employee details the reasons for the suggestion.
- Immediate Recognition: Upon submission of the Reward Suggestion, the nominated colleague immediately receives a Recognition Card. This card is a token of appreciation, acknowledging that they have been suggested for a reward. It serves as an instant morale booster and signifies that their hard work has not gone unnoticed.
- Managerial Review and Approval: After the suggestion is made, it is forwarded to the respective manager for approval. The manager has the discretion to approve, modify, or decline the suggested reward. This step ensures that the rewards are aligned with company standards and benchmarks.
- Reward Allocation: If the manager approves the suggestion, the reward is then processed and allocated to the nominated employee. In the event of a non-approval, the process concludes quietly, and the nominated employee is not informed of this outcome, preserving their morale.
