Welcome to Revisit. By downloading, installing, or using the Revisit mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Revisit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Description of Service

Revisit is a productivity tool that allows users to save, organize, and preview links and media content. The App operates primarily as a local-first application, meaning your data is stored on your device.

3. Subscriptions (Revisit Pro)

Revisit offers premium features via a subscription model:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content and Conduct

• You are solely responsible for the content (links, images, text) you save within the App.
• Revisit does not host your content on our servers; however, you agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or to store content that violates local laws.
• You represent that you have the right to save and store the content you capture.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s interface, logo, code, and original content are the exclusive property of Usama Ahsan and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
