Step 1 : Click on My Account

Step 2: Click on "Return Product " (this option is visible once the order is delivered)

Step 3 : click on "Return" action

Step 4 : Select QTY , Reason , Type , Description etc., and Click SUBMIT to return the Product

Step 5 : Return Request submitted

Step 6 : New order gets generated for replacment
