1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following situations:

1.1 Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue.

1.2 Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

1.3 Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days, provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• All accessories and components are included

Custom-made or special-order parts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

1.4 Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-built or custom-ordered parts
• Items installed, used, or modified
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
• Electrical components (unless faulty)
