As our pieces are crafted in limited quantities and handled personally, we do not offer refunds or returns.
An exchange may be considered only in case of a manufacturing defect, reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video.
In case of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, colour tone, fabric texture, or placement are natural and part of the character of handmade work.
These variations are not considered defects and are what make each piece special and unique. They are therefore not eligible for exchange.
