Retreat Program

Share Exchange [Webinar format]

These sessions are about sharing perspective and exchanging information. The Chief Sharers will usually open these sessions with by unpacking perspectives and burning questions around the chapters's theme. Following which there will be open sharing and discussion within the group. The main purpose of these sessions is to have gain perspective and feel heard and supported through conversations.

B&W Jam [Facilitated sessions: Capped at 10 people per session]

The jams are where you 'do the work'. We call them B&W jams because the goal of the jams is to have things down in "black and white", this can a plan, a map, a list or even a sketch. It's all about making concrete and tangible progress. The jams are also jams because it is a space where you can bounce ideas, solicit suggestions from your fellow creatives.
