Dicoding Indonesia — Lead Product Design, Full-time, May 2022 - Present (3 years 10 months)

As the leader of the product design team, my role is to assist the product team in delivering a valuable platform experience. I primarily focus on contributing to the design strategy and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Also, I provide the following support to the team:

• Manage design tasks
• Maintain the growth plan for product designers
• Assist the product team in building a product roadmap
• Uphold the product design process
• Aid in establishing the working methods for product design
• Write design documentation

Dicoding Indonesia — Lead Technical Design, Project Based, September 2020 - May 2022 (7 months)

I lead the technical design side to maintain design quality at Dicoding Indonesia. Here are some of my focuses:

• Led the design guidelines initiative

• Art directing on the design guideline

Designing products for the leading education platform for developers in Indonesia, the Dicoding platform. Crafting a learning experience for users on the platform.

Dicoding Indonesia — UI/UX Designer, Intern, September 2020 - May 2022 (6 months)

Starting a career at Dicoding as an intern is a great opportunity. I contributed to the design of the Dicoding main homepage, conducting qualitative research and designing the high-fidelity design.

Giza Design Lab — UX Researcher, Intern, February 2020 - March 2020 (2 months)

During my internship as a UX Researcher at Giza, a design and research agency, I had the opportunity to work with a team of talented individuals. Specifically, I conducted user research for an online design mentorship platform aimed at helping students learn about UX/UI design through one-on-one mentoring.

Lumbung Inovasi — UX/UI Designer, Freelance, October 2018 - October 2019 (1 year 2 months)

I had the opportunity to work with a cheerful team and learned how to be a good team player. One of my notable achievements was designing a point-of-sale product called Ludes. Crafting the user flow and visual design for the product was an immensely rewarding experience as a UX/UI Designer.

UI design is a regular part of my daily routine. However, rather than solely focusing on creating visually appealing interfaces, I aim to design user interfaces that are informed by data and research. As a designer, my primary tool for this is Figma.
