Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Senior Product Designer

Lead designer of the MyMSK app, a patient portal used by 60,000 patients and caregivers.

Planned and conducted usability testing to inform the redesign of an appointments page, its most used feature.

Led the development of the Health Consumer Platform’s first user feedback repository in collaboration with product and user research. Strategized qualitative metrics tracking.

Ennnik (은는이가) Co-founder

Leading an interdisciplinary team of four, including engineering and brand. Designed, orchestrated, and launched an iOS and Android mobile app.


07 '19–08 '21 Chicago

Tempus Product Designer

Designed and strategized an enterprise solution that lets providers and researchers attain insights on personalized medicine. Partnered with engineering, data science, medical, and legal to support product launch.

Designed a laboratory information management system for large-scale COVID testing. Delivered a scalable web application that supports over 15,000 tests a day in two and a half months. Collaborated with engineering, product, and laboratory science.

Led a D&I initiative within the Design team to retain and recruit diverse talent.

Naver Product Design Intern

Redesigned Light Home, a lightweight version of Naver's mobile home page where users make over 3 million search queries every day. Designed and prototyped an improved personalization feature.


06–08 '19 San Francisco

Capital One Product Design Intern

Worked with design strategists, product, and engineers to expand Capital One’s local presence. Designed and built an interactive prototype for a web and tablet-based microsite.
