I have a solid journalism and teaching background with a sound technical footing in multimedia development, content creation, and IT project management.
The bulk of my experience has come while working as a content writer/videographer and editor, while straddling the line as a technical writer/trainer and process manager. By working throughout Asia, I have gained considerable insight into my field by learning and applying new techniques towards creative aesthetics and project methodology.
Currently I work as a full-time instructor at Toin Yokohama University in the English department. In addition, I am also a freelance journalist & media producer in the Greater Tokyo area of Japan with clients such as Starline PR, H&R Relocation, and even AP and Voice Of America. I have contributed work to a number of different small projects ranging from website localization and international PR, to providing coverage of Japan to other networks and productions around the world.
