Why do you like Notional?: “The story of why I like notional is a story of why I like DeFi. For context, I come from a country where the local currency is far inferior compared to the dollar. As a result, ensuring that my purchasing power in dollar terms either maintains current levels or slightly outpaces them is the goal. However, I want more than just that. I want rates that far outpace what I would get from a unit trust fund and the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what my money is earning at any moment. And for that reason, notional's fixed rates are a perfect weapon in my financial arsenal. Perhaps beyond the stated reason, I must add that, as an investor in the space, I enjoy investing in protocols with teams that are obsessed with what they do - and the Notional team fits that criteria for me.”

Why do you like Notional?: “I got a mortgage from bank 6 years ago and it's on a fixed rate. After sometime, the money which I pay back to the bank becomes like giving a tip.. So I not only loved the idea of fixed rate borrow/lend but also used it in real time and I secure the home need of my family.. I am so happy that this is done on crypto side as well. Variable rates can upside down your world and you may find yourself in a difficult position. Especially if you have a family to take care of, this is risky.”
