🍃 My Reset, My Rebuild

🌫️ There was a time I felt completely disconnected —

from my body, my habits, and my purpose.

🔁 I lived in loops of chaos:

trying to fix everything at once, only to burn out again.

Obsessions, food addiction, poor body image, emotional spirals…

It felt like I was always starting over.


I didn’t need another crash-and-burn “transformation.” I needed stability.

I started working with my nervous system,

and built real structure into my days.

💡 I stopped chasing perfection —

and started creating habits rooted in safety, not shame.
