If you had real relationships with ResearchFish and our key funders, then the generation of asset reports through the Gateway would yield standard format output for the assessment of community use. This would be useful for those who struggle to capture this and for studies like mine, would be a fire under us to encourage use of the platform. We all have to generate key metrics summaries for our grants and to report on them and this would help that.
The point was really to have a possible agreed relationship and reporting line from the Gateway direct to ResFish and – say – MRC and WT.
