Research Analyst

Lemonayd is a think tank founded in Hong Kong. We create games to teach business concepts like pitching, negotiation, and leadership that are difficult to practice or acquire without the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research business model frameworks, theories, and courses to synthesize key learnings.
• Build reports, stories, and visualizations to better understand the player behaviour.
• Discover new, valuable market and user insights that support data-informed decision-making.
• Provide design feedback and suggestions based on observation, research, and expertise.
• Participate in user research activities such as research design, setup, breakdown, analysis, and reporting of the consumers' experiences.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree or startup experience
• 1 year of experience in analysis approaches that involve assessing structured and unstructured data (or other relevant experience).
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Excel and Tableau.
• Highly detail-orientated, organized, and able to deliver work at a consistent quality.
• Adaptable and quick learner that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems autonomously.
