Based on new qualitative data, the JTBD framework and key user pain points were updated. This made it possible to capture shifts in user motivations and decision-making patterns within the real product usage context, and to refine product hypotheses with a stronger focus on reducing cognitive load, increasing user confidence, and supporting the product’s business goals.
