About this Class 📌
This module offers preparation for the dissertation.
It will focus on methodologies and ethical considerations appropriate for undertaking a practitioner based enquiry into the role of leadership and strategic relevance to their organisation.

- Recognise, describe, compare and evaluate the major approaches to research.
- Develop the capability to devise, evaluate and research options for organisations by critically comparing with best external practice and current theoretical positions.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of research designs for research problems.
- Appraise and plan appropriately a range of quantitative and/or qualitative methods in research.
