What is your idea of a healthy mindset?

Being able to think freely without an interruption in your head and being able to set yourself something to accomplish whether short term or long term and be able to do it with passion, enjoyment and belief in your ability to accomplish the goal.

What challenges are you currently working on trying to overcome?

Feeling detached from myself as I feel most myself when able to play cricket and be around those people however as it’s the off season I’m not playing at all and only see a few of those people and not very often.

What would you like to hear/know more about?

You’re experiences throughout the off season in the earlier stages of your career or when you were player at junior level.

A healthy mindset, to me; is one where any circumstance placed upon someone is met with the a positive outlook on a situation whilst also taking account of negative factors.

The challenges I am currently working on are the ability to keep the same routine within the morning. Im trying a new approach where in which I’ll be up and about after sunrise and feel full of energy, especially with sunrise being around 7, but I keep finding myself slow in the morning which is strange as that’s usually when I’m most productive.

I would be inclined to get an understanding on how mindset can be used to take over the actions of the body; I’m aware you recently put on your story about running and how the body didn’t fancy it, but the mind took over. This is something I keep finding myself I t he balance of and not consistently being able to choose the mindset option.

I want to improve my ability to keep a cool head and stay in controll in stressfull Times and when people are... Not so Nice to be around so that i can be that 🙁

Keep it up!

Thank you Lewis I wish to get to a place where I don't constantly operate under stress being a high performance In feel I'm not achieving my full productivity
