RepReady is a Chrome extension that helps sales development representatives prioritize leads, review lead scoring evidence, import lead data, and practice sales calls with an AI buyer.

This Privacy Policy explains what information RepReady collects, how it is used, and how users can contact us.

Information We Collect

RepReady may process the following information:

• Lead and account information that users enter, import, or select in the extension, such as names, companies, job titles, industries, notes, and sales qualification details.
• CSV import data uploaded by the user for lead mapping and prioritization.
• Sales methodology and workflow settings selected by the user.
• Practice call session data, including selected lead context, transcript rows where available, call outcome, and AI-generated feedback.
• Basic technical data needed to operate the extension and backend, such as request metadata, error logs, and service health information.

RepReady does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, health information, or precise location data.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide and improve RepReady’s functionality, including to:

• Display and preserve the user’s lead queue and selected workflow state.
• Score and explain lead priority.
• Map imported CSV lead data.
• Start, run, and stop AI buyer practice sessions.
• Generate practice call feedback.
• Debug errors, maintain reliability, and protect the service from misuse.

We do not sell user information.
