Designed and launched a Renew Mechanism for expired/expiring batches to improve retention, student continuity, and revenue recovery. The feature allowed learners to seamlessly extend access to lectures, DPPs, tests, and doubt support without purchasing a full new batch — improving affordability and boosting recurring revenue.

Problem Statement:

A large segment of students wanted continued access to their purchased batch after expiry but lacked an easy, affordable option. This led to:

• Drop-offs in platform engagement
• Lost revenue from potential re-purchases
• High dependency on customer support for manual extensions
