Often creating an incident to quickly gather everyone in one place means we didn't have time to give it a clear descriptive title up front. In these situations, it's common to rename the incident later on instead.

You can do this with /incident rename [TITLE] and we'll handle the rest.

We'll rename the Slack channel to make it easier to find (don't worry, slack redirects from the old one), and set the title everywhere relevant, like the incident homepage, and the post in the announcements channel.
