We think of the way we communicate as either Synchronous or Asynchronous (async). In order to create enough time for deep work, we should ensure our default way to communicate is async. So that everyone knows what we're doing, and where they're supposed to be, you'll see we've illustrated how these types of communications should be illustrated in calendar invites at the start of the invite.
