Introducing the new and improved User Lists tab!
The page retains the same functionality of the previous user lists tab with some notable improvements
Redesigned folder dropdown on User List tab: Now admins can create a new folder or filter their user lists by folder from the “All Folders” filter.
New Manage User List Menu Options: User tags and permissions can now be updated by user list, on each lists’ profile page. Previously, admins could only perform these tasks from the All Users tab.
New Filter Modal: Each user list page now also features a new Filters modal, similar to the one found on the All Users tab. The filter pre-selects the given user list, but admins may continue to filter the members of the list by additional user lists, tags, or roles.
Find the beta User List tab on the admin dashboard, below the beta All Users tab. Note: We will be removing the old ‘User Lists’ tab on Friday, April 8. For more information on managing your campaigns users and lists, visit our help center!
Improvements
The Automatic Machine Detection (AMD) Setting will now be turned on by default for all phone bank actions. This improves the predictive nature of the dialer product by sifting through voicemails and connecting volunteers to live callers.
We added percentage calculations to the Peer-to-Peer actions page and ‘View Results’ pages to help admins gauge activity metrics at a glance. Users can now see the percentage of responses, opt outs, and errors generated during their P2P actions. We also added ‘Frequency’ columns to the Tags & Custom Fields and Response Scripts’ tables on the ‘View Results’ pages so admins can see how often a tag was applied or how often a response script was sent to their contacts.
Users can now export the ‘Teams- Summary’ report, which shows a team leaderboard for a campaign’s actions, from every action’s tab, as well as from the ‘Teams’ tab.
A few of our old default contact lists are no longer options when users create Peer-to-Peer and Friend-to-Friend actions. Specifically, we removed the All Friends, Newly Identified, Mobile Subscribers, and Opt Out lists*,* but left All Contacts as an option.
