We will provide accomodations, food, and other basics. Attendees must arrange their own transportation. We will reimburse reasonable expenses including:

• ubers, taxis, or subway fares
• flights and flight change charges
• covid tests needed to enter/exit the UK
• covid tests needed because of exposure to retreat attendees who tested positive (Erik Larsson & Habiba Islam. See Covid Protocol for details.)

To receive reimbursements, please fill out this reimbursement form. Instructions:

• On the first page, select “CEA” as the organisation.
• On the second page, select “EA Global”.
• On the third page, write “Huw Thomas” under who approved the expense.
• On the fourth page, select “Travel (transport) as the type of claim.
• Lastly, on the third page, submit your receipts for reimbursement.
