Provider: The Human Intelligence School (“The School”, “we”, “our”)

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, programs, and services provided by The School, including the Data Analytics Course. By enrolling, you (“you” or “Student”) agree to the following terms:

1. Full Refund Period (14 Days)

• You may cancel your enrollment for any reason within 14 calendar days of your registration date.
• If you cancel within this period, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.
• To request a refund, you must notify us in writing at info@humintschool.com within the 14-day period.

2. Proportional Refund After 14 Days

• If you cancel after 14 days from registration, you may still be eligible for a partial refund based on the proportion of the Course completed.

• Refunds will be calculated as follows:

  Refund=(TotalFeesPaid)×(1−%ofCourseCompleted/100),

  where

  • TotalFeesPaid = the full amount the student paid for the course.
  • %ofCourseCompleted = the percentage of course content the student has accessed or completed (measured by modules, lessons, or assignments).

  Example: If you completed 30% of the Course, you are entitled to a 70% refund of the fees paid.

• The School will determine the percentage of completion based on lessons, assignments, and modules accessed.

3. No Refunds After 70% Completion

• If you have completed 70% or more of the Course content, no refunds will be granted.
• This threshold aligns with eligibility for internship opportunities and certificates of completion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Application fees (if applicable), administrative fees, and materials already delivered (e.g., downloadable files) are non-refundable.
