① In case a student member is unable to continue with private tutoring, the tuition fees will be refunded in accordance with the company's refund policy based on Article 18, section 2 and 3, and Attachment 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the "Act on the Establishment, Operation and Management of Private Teaching Institutes".

In case of a lesson period of less than one month (30 days)
Before one-third of the lesson period has elapsed: Partial refund amount = actual payment - one-third of tuition fee for the period used
Before half of the lesson period has elapsed: Partial refund amount = actual payment - one-half of tuition fee for the period used
After half of the lesson period has elapsed: No refund is available
In case of a lesson period of more than one month (30 days)
Based on the above standards for each lesson, calculate the amount of use for each lesson up to the refund request date, and subtract the first installment tuition fee calculated from the actual payment amount
When calculating monthly tuition fees, if the remaining month is less than one month (30 days), calculate it on a daily basis according to standard 1 for refund purposes.
② Cancellation on the day of the lesson is considered as attendance, and no tuition fee will be refunded.
(Weekend and Monday lessons must be canceled before 8:00 pm on the preceding Friday during weekday consultation hours. Lessons canceled outside consultation hours will be treated as absence.) However, in case of cancellation of a lesson by the instructor on the day of the lesson, a makeup lesson will be provided.
③ The purchased lesson tickets must be used up within the specified period, and any unused tickets will not be extended or transferred and will expire.
④ In case it is impossible to attend a lesson due to unavoidable reasons, only one lesson cancellation is allowed for a 4-week course, and the canceled lesson will not be made up separately but will be rescheduled to the last lesson date.
