There is no refund available for Sellers on swaze stores/website when a customer purchases their product successfully from their website. The 7% transaction fee shall be levied on the product and that fee is non refundable. In case the Seller decides to refund a Buyer, he/she may do so at their sole discretion and the Company shall not be involved in any way.

As a customer purchasing a product from a website powered by Swaze, any refund or return claims shall be communicated solely with the Seller of the store/website. Swaze takes no responsibility or liability for refunds or returns.

Any complaints or grievances shall be taken up with the Seller of the website alone. Any complaints directed to hi@swaze.app regarding bad practices of any particular merchant shall be directed to the merchant and their information shall be provided to their customer.
