There is no refund available for Sellers on swaze stores/website when a customer purchases their product successfully from their website. The 7% transaction fee shall be levied on the product and that fee is non refundable. In case the Seller decides to refund a Buyer, he/she may do so at their sole discretion and the Company shall not be involved in any way.

As a customer purchasing a product from a website powered by Swaze, any refund or return claims shall be communicated solely with the Seller of the store/website. Swaze takes no responsibility or liability for refunds or returns.

Any complaints or grievances shall be taken up with the Seller of the website alone. Any complaints directed to regarding bad practices of any particular merchant shall be directed to the merchant and their information shall be provided to their customer.
