Here's a quick overview:
- We refund if requested 7 days after purchase, we will provide a refund.
If in the case of the product failure, we ask for assistance on finding the cause, but this not required.
- 48 hour refund if your subscription renews and you no longer need the product, and you haven't used the product since the renewal.
- You can cancel the product at any time during your subscripton, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the billing period:
- If you’ve bought a monthly subscription on 15th Dec 2021 and cancelled on the 20th Dec 2021, your subscription will run until 15th Jan 2022 and no further payments will be made from your account.
- If you’ve bought a yearly subscription on 15th Dec 2021, and you cancel on March 15th 2022, your subscription run until 14th Dec 2022, no further payments will be made from your account.
