1) How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s subscription settings:
- Google Play: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HayatTime → Cancel.
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HayatTime → Cancel.
2) Refunds
- Google Play purchases: Google may grant refunds within 48 hours of purchase (see Google’s refund rules). After 48 hours, contact us at support@hayattime.com; we may provide a goodwill refund if you experienced a verified technical issue and contacted support within 14 days of charge.
- Apple purchases: Apple handles all refunds directly via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue Apple refunds ourselves.
- Annual plans: where permitted by law, we may offer a pro‑rated refund within 14 days of the initial annual charge if the app was unusable due to a technical issue you reported and we could not resolve.
3) Trials & promos
If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. If you are charged after a trial because you didn’t cancel in time, standard refund rules apply.
