7 a.m. gym.

Protein-packed breakfast with Friends reruns.

9 a.m. - laptop on.

11 a.m. - snack in one hand, scrolling with the other. (Visual : slouching on a sofa + eating apple on one hand + scrolling with other hand )

Lunch and early dinner come with another Friends rerun - rerun number 54(visual + voice).

Post evening walk, she plans a Netflix-and-chill night… but it turns into Netflix-and-fill. (sarcastic tone from narrator)

After gobbling down mountain of ‘healthy snacks’, (Visual of all healthy snacks stacked up next to her on a sofa like kombuchas + protein chips + protein bars) she hits the sack by 10 p.m.
