App is not working?
Try restarting your device and reinstalling the app.
Photos, videos, or contacts are not showing?
Make sure you granted Photos and Contacts permissions from iOS Settings > Recycle.
Cleaning results look incomplete?
Some iCloud items may need to be available on your device first. Recycle performs cleanup analysis on-device and may not fully analyze items that are not locally accessible.
Purchase issues?
Ensure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID and use Restore Purchase inside the app. You can also check your App Store purchase history.
Delete my data
Recycle does not upload your photos, videos, or contacts for cleanup analysis. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device. For deletion requests related to server-side purchase or free-credit records, contact us at muhammedemin.dev@gmail.com.
