Summary

Sam selected the one-time manual cleanup path for recurring-log backlog cleanup and asked for it to be aggressive. The next agent should perform a live Notion cleanup pass against the SAIL Knowledge Base, focused on routine-generated pages that are still marked Needs Follow-up even though they have no live decision, no unresolved blocker, and no reason to remain in the active queue.

This is not a recurring automation change. Do not create a permanent auto-close rule in this pass. Do not delete Notion pages unless there is a verified merge or consolidation target and a rollback record. Prefer status/tag cleanup over deletion.

Reduce Needs Follow-up backlog noise aggressively while preserving real operational work.

Target cleanup categories:

• Daily KB follow-up and drift scans superseded by newer scans.
• Daily Pulse pages with QA: Clean or no unresolved decision.
• Daily repo-health pages where newer repo-health pages supersede older ones.
• Skills mirror sync logs where mapped files were clean or a newer page has the current pending items.
• Daily Litify GCLID run logs where a newer command-lane JSON completed and superseded an older blocked-runner note.
• Website, SEO, and security monitor logs that are historical and have a newer verified page closing active risk.
• Duplicate or near-duplicate session exports where a later canonical row exists.

Hard boundaries

Do not clean up or downgrade any item that is still one of these:

• Active litigation, client communication, medical record, or case work.
• Google Ads spend, budget, campaign, conversion, keyword, or negative mutation that still needs execution.
• Security incident with active compromise not closed by newer verified evidence.
