Summary

Sam selected the one-time manual cleanup path for recurring-log backlog cleanup and asked for it to be aggressive. The next agent should perform a live Notion cleanup pass against the SAIL Knowledge Base, focused on routine-generated pages that are still marked Needs Follow-up even though they have no live decision, no unresolved blocker, and no reason to remain in the active queue.

This is not a recurring automation change. Do not create a permanent auto-close rule in this pass. Do not delete Notion pages unless there is a verified merge or consolidation target and a rollback record. Prefer status/tag cleanup over deletion.

Current live count before this handoff: 323 Needs Follow-up pages, from /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/kb_live_backlog.py at 2026-06-14T11:56:58Z.

Local handoff file: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs/recurring-log-backlog-cleanup-handoff-2026-06-14/HANDOFF-recurring-log-backlog-cleanup-2026-06-14.md.
