Four purposeful stages, each with a clear focus as well as aligning against company values. Designed to respect your time while giving both sides what they need to make a confident decision. For technical roles we often add a HackerRank test between the TA screen and hiring manager interviews.
Our process should take between 3โ4 weeks from application to offer and we aim to get back to all applicants within 3 days of applying.
