Dr. Guopeng Liang received his PhD degree from Utah State University in 2022, followed by postdoctoral training at the University of Minnesota and Yale University. He has published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers in SCI-indexed journals, including 14 papers as first or corresponding author in Nature Geoscience, Nature Reviews Biodiversity, Nature Communications, Global Change Biology, Global Ecology and Biogeography, and Global Food Security.
Dr. Liang was listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in both 2024 and 2025. He currently serves as Associate Editor or Editorial Board Member for several international journals, including Ecological Monographs, Global Change Biology, Global Ecology and Biogeography, New Phytologist, Communications Earth & Environment, Plant and Soil, Carbon Balance and Management, Soil Use and Management, and Applied Soil Ecology.

梁国鹏博士于 2022 年获得美国犹他州立大学博士学位（师从Bonnie Waring教授，现为帝国理工学院副教授），随后在明尼苏达大学（师从美国科学院院士Peter Reich教授）和耶鲁大学（师从Michelle Wong教授）从事博士后研究工作。已在 SCI 期刊发表论文 60 余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者身份在 Nature Geoscience、Nature Reviews Biodiversity、Nature Communications （2篇）、Global Change Biology、Global Ecology and Biogeography、Global Food Security 等期刊发表论文。
2024、2025 年连续入选斯坦福大学全球前 2% 科学家榜单。现担任 Ecological Monographs、Global Change Biology、Global Ecology and Biogeography、New Phytologist、Communications Earth & Environment、Plant and Soil、Carbon Balance and Management、Soil Use and Management、Applied Soil Ecology 副主编或编委。
