The Role
We’re a seed-stage startup looking for a Recruiter/Sourcer to help us build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a great hiring experience. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying high-quality talent, engaging candidates, and guiding them through our unique hiring process.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates across multiple channels to build healthy pipelines for key roles
- Conduct initial outreach, pitch our company and roles, and generate candidate interest
- Screen candidates for basic qualifications and alignment
- Guide candidates through our hiring process and serve as a primary point of contact
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates in our ATS and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide feedback to the team on pipeline health and sourcing strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in an early stage startup environment
- Strong communication and candidate-facing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
- Excited about helping build a team from the ground up
