You are expected to uphold professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the recruitment process.
1. Honest & Unbiased Interviewing
- Conduct interviews with fairness, neutrality, and without personal bias.
- Ensure every applicant is given equal opportunity to express themselves.
- Record and submit honest, accurate accounts of interviews and evaluations.
- Avoid influencing outcomes based on personal opinions unrelated to the role or U&I values.
2. Transparent Communication & Availability
- Share your availability transparently and respond to scheduling updates promptly.
- Inform the recruitment team in advance in case of unavailability or delays.
- Respect timelines, interview slots, and coordination processes to ensure a smooth experience for applicants.
3. Respecting Commitments
- Honor interview schedules and responsibilities once assigned.
- Complete post-interview documentation, feedback forms, or reports within 24 hours of the interview being taken.
- Maintain consistency and accountability in your participation throughout the recruitment cycle.
4. Dignified & Safe Conduct During Interviews
- Conduct all interviews respectfully, professionally, and empathetically.
- Ensure interactions align with U&Iās values and Child Protection Policy (CPP).
- Do not share overly specific student profiles or volunteer data unless approved by IT Manager.
- Avoid inappropriate language, discriminatory remarks, intrusive questioning, or intimidating behavior.
