Our Process for New Members

To retain the intimacy of the undefinable community and ensure that everyone who joins is a great fit we have built a process for getting to know one another that we believe helps both parties to see if our values are aligned.

Our process is as follows:

1. Application OR Recommendation form submission
2. Seconding chat with a member
3. Piloting experience at an flagship event

All of the stages are now owned by the Head of Members (in short term this is Charlie), who is responsible for reviewing form submissions, setting up seconding chats and collecting feedback from a piloting experience. At both the seconding and piloting stages he will seek input from current members of the community, ensuring that the New Joiner is expected to become a great community member.

Who We Are Looking For

To find new community members we need your help. You likely have friends, colleagues or even family who you believe would make great members of the undefinable community. To help guide your recommendations we’re looking for individuals who:

• Describe themselves as more than an occupational label.
• Are curious for the sake of learning over achieving an outcome
• Are open to diverse thinking that challenges how they think
• Have a mission that they’re driven to achieve
• Can talk about their emotions openly
• Are in the ‘age of discovery’; likely between 22 - 35 years old.
• Live in London or are willing to travel for Retreats and Hangouts.

If you find other themes in the individuals you meet who would be a great fit for the community then please let us know. We’re always looking to evolve this list to best identify undefinables for the future.
