On the Gateway the medallion rating 'Not yet Bronze' and 'Other (please specify)' are currently being coded/assigned as -1 and they should be coded as 0 when aggregating scores together to give a category level score. The 'not yet bronze' and 'Other' are valid entries and should be treated the same as if it were empty in terms of aggregating the scores together.
