These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Recode, a high-level coaching and transformation program offered by JMP ELITE LTD ("Host," "we," or "us"). By purchasing, registering, or participating in Recode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and JMP ELITE LTD.

1. Program Scope & Definitions

• Recode refers to our high-touch coaching and transformation program, which may include 1:1 sessions, group calls, digital resources, and community access.
• Client refers to any individual who applies for, attends, or pays for Recode.
• Services include any coaching sessions, calls, materials, and support delivered under the Recode program.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Recode program fees will be communicated at the point of sale and may vary based on selected packages.
• Payment in full or via an approved payment plan is required to secure participation.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation or early termination, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed via Stripe, Wise, or other approved methods.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund if you have not yet accessed any coaching calls or materials.
• After 14 days, or once program access begins, all payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, partial participation, or early termination of the program.
• In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, credit toward a future program may be offered.
