There are so many amazing books and web sites devoted to recipes it's hard to determine how to add value by creating our own as part of this book. However I'm gradually formulating an approach where we show how to vary classic recipes based on the season and using only (or mainly) home grown fruit, veg and herbs.

Over time we will develop this section of the book, but for now here's a list of most of the recipes that we use for our preserves, click on a card for more details, including (in most cases) a photo from the book we sourced the recipe from (please buy the books!). If we've adapted the recipe you will find the details in the notes.
