Coming from UC Berkeley, without a formal design program, we aren't exposed to soft communication skills that are very important in industry, like giving and receiving feedback.
Special thanks to our panelists that helped us create the opportunity for students to:
- Get comfortable sharing work with other designers
- Get used to critique + feedback meetings
- Learn how to handle questions
- Practice defending your decisions
